->Bot Flies on horses

     - Should scrape off bot fly eggs in fall especially after first freeze and worm with ivermectin. 

-> Mineral and salt needs in horses

       - If horses are licking metal trailer surfaces, pawing in mud puddles.  Be sure to give them a salt/mineral block!

-> Alpaca deworming

     - Should be wormed once a month in warm months with         injectable ivermectin.

     - Should give gastrointestinal wormer annually, or bi-annually according to regions climate. 

-> Kune Kune vaccines and worming

     - Do not try to give in rump as with other species of animals. Give in soft tissue of neck behind the ears.
